Wrong address on W2

On my W2 for 2006, it seems my employer somehow changed my
address. I've been living at the same residence for over
twenty years, so it was definitely an error on their part.
How should I handle this and will this be a problem for me?
My employer, The City of NY, has not been very helpful. They
say it would take a long time to get a corrected W2.
