The theatre is one suggestion. Go to see the Mousetrap by Agatha
Christie if nothing else.

You can visit Buckingham Palace (just the outside if the Queen is in
residence), 10 Downing Street, Tralfalger Square, the Tower of London is
good for almost a full day, include Tower Bridge as well.

There are several 'walkabouts' that include many interestiing historacal
sites (like the original location for Shakespeare's theatre)

You can get a bus/tube pass for a good discount, you can take a day pass
and use it unlimited, tho a ride in the famous London cab should not be
missed

The British Museum - You could actually spend weeks there, and still not
see it all, so a day visit might be of interest.

Tour St Pauls Cathedral

See the Changing of the Guard

There are several new attractions in London as well, that were added
since my last visit.
