Need advice on how to proceed.by GARY C on 2006-05-07 21:02:45I am truly looking for advice.... My current situation is this: Company status: I am working with a company that has been around for over 3 years. Their AR was 110k in 2004 and 125K in 2005. I am working with the owner of the company to upsell existing clients and create 2 new products for their client. We are currently poised to do 250K with out additional assistance in 2006. We are courting a new nationwide client that will bring in another 300-400k but I am not counting that in my calculations yet. Prep Work: I have been working on maintaining their production systems, implementing new product ideas and securing their IP and technical side of the business. I also have a marketing exec who is ready to put together a new marketing plan and assist in the execution of that plan. I have had access to review all the books. My Status: I own the consulting firm that handles their technology. I pulled in a little over 60K last year and My AR through April is already over 50K for 2006. My FICO is around 700. I had an approved 50K Bus Line that was recently pulled because the bank got paranoid... Problem: I needed the 50K to pay for the deposit for 50% ownership in this corp. and to cover the cost of this marketing exec that I will pull on to the project. Solutions????? I am not sure which is better and of course faster because this was supposed to close last week and then the bank pulled my funding.... BUT, the only things I can think of are either Co-Signers? or a Private Lender??? Suggestions??? Either post or email...
