H & R Block Express IRA bad advice

It seems that there is an issue with H & R Block recommending clients to
invest in individual retirement accounts with undisclosed fee. Apparently H
& R Block tax preparers knew that the interest from investing in these IRAs
would not cover the fees making this a money loosing investment for clients.
The attorney general of New York has filed fraud charges against H & R Block
